Update: This has been confirmed as a hoax. Why it struck is that I’ve heard people say nearly exactly this in phone-in programs on the BBC over the last few days.
I was listening to the radio on bbc R2 on the 7th of July. They were telling all foreigners to stay at home and avoid to be in the street and to never let any woman alone.
